01 General Terms & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between GL99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "GL99") and the user. They apply to all GL99 services, betting activities, payment transactions, and other platform features.

Definitions of key terms used in this document:

• "Platform" — The GL99 website (gl99.ws) and its related mobile application.
• "User" — Any individual who has created an account on GL99 or is using the platform.
• "Bet" — Placing a wager on the outcome of a specific event on GL99.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a user's GL99 account.

02 Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

To open an account with GL99, you must provide accurate and complete information on the registration form. Creating an account with false or incorrect information is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure.

• Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• GL99 may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID, passport, etc.) at any time.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team.

Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number or email address will be detected automatically, and all associated accounts will be suspended.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old to register an account on GL99. An age declaration is required at the time of registration. GL99 may request government-issued identification for age verification at any time.

If age verification reveals that a user is underage:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All betting activity on the account will be cancelled.
• Deposited funds will be returned, but any winnings will be voided.
• The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Additionally, to use GL99, users must not be residents of any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.

04 Deposit & Payment Policy

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and any such transactions will be returned.

In cases of suspicious or unauthorized transactions, GL99 may freeze your balance and launch an investigation. Betting activity on the account may be restricted during this process.

05 Withdrawal Policy & Process

To withdraw winnings from GL99, the following conditions must be met:

1. Your account must be fully verified.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
5. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

Withdrawals may occasionally take longer to process, particularly when large amounts require additional verification. GL99 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal for security reasons.

06 Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on GL99. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in bets being voided.

• Odds Changes: Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds are fixed.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each event and market.
• Incorrect Odds: GL99 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Result Determination: Bets will be settled once the event result is confirmed through GL99's official sources.

If a bet is incorrectly settled due to a technical error, GL99 reserves the right to correct it, even after the fact.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

GL99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met.
• There may be specific limits on how much you can wager using bonus funds.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

08 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GL99 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Bet Manipulation: Involvement in match-fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• System Manipulation: Attempting to hack or exploit GL99's software or systems.
• Bonus Abuse: Using artificial betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Using GL99 for illegal money laundering.
• Account Selling: Selling or transferring your account to a third party.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

Any breach of these Terms & Conditions entitles GL99 to investigate, suspend or close the account, and take applicable legal action. All winnings obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

GL99 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

GL99 will generally notify the user before closing an account; however, accounts may be closed without notice in cases of serious violations. Any legitimate balance will be returned following closure, though this may be delayed if an investigation is ongoing.
